The Autism Society of Canada "mission is to provide support on a national basis to people affected by autism and related conditions. It is our intention that through this site we will be able to provide you with easy access to information and referral to information on services and resources, as well as provide you with news of ASC’s activity on behalf of the autism community. Our main focus will be on Canadian information, however there are links to other sites for a rounded archive of information on autism and related conditions. "

"...A review committee appointed by Learning Minister Lyle Oberg ruled that the public school board was not providing an adequate education to Kevin Imlay, 9, and his brother Ian, 7. It ordered the board to reimburse the Imlays for the $14,000 they spent last year on private speech-language therapy... And it has to work with the boys' therapists to determine the best way to educate them..."
